Great location -- within 5 minutes walk to Times Square and NYC metro. Easy check-in and check-out. Room was clean and comfortable with great air conditioning.

The location is superb. It is right in the Times Square. We had wonderful view from 25th floor. The check in and out were smooth. Cleaning is good. It is close to metro stations and the Summit, the Vessels are all in walking distance. There are plenty of places to eat and hang out.

Excellent location and very helpful busy reception staff. Ideal for leaving bags on early check out and allowed me to have a full day in the city, before flying back home. Room had an excellent corner view from the top 46th floor. Very helpful with allowing me to print my boarding pass as my mobile was not working.

Location of this hotel was excellent. Couldn't ask for a bette spot to be in while our staying in NYC. The room was super clean and everything was well kept. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. There was no vent to suck out the steam from the shower, and the shower pressure was poor. Overall this was a very favourable stay.

The best aspect of our stay was the lovely room. The bed was probably the comfiest bed I've ever slept in. I am trying to find out where the hotel purchases its pillows! The bathroom was also very nice, especially the great shower. However, there were some things that fell short of my expectations. There were no facecloths and no toilet paper at different times. There was no refrigerator and the room was cold for most of our stay. I didn't realize there was no restaurant when I booked. We did take advantage of the lounge and the coffee and snack venue. That was good. I booked the hotel primarily to be within blocks of the Broadway theaters. That worked out well, but I'm afraid the crowded, crazy freak show that is now Time Square was a real turnoff for me. I like your hotel, but I doubt I'll ever stay right in Times Square again. And I was not happy that I had to enter and exit the hotel though a driveway. I would like to highly commend your security staff. My partner had a medical emergency and we were unsure how to deal with it. I approached the men at the entrance on Saturday night and they went right into action, calling EMS and helping us to get my partner help. I am incredibly grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

Great hotel with an amazing location. It was easy to get to the hotel by taxi from JFK, and while we stayed in NY we used the subway or just walked around. It is very easy to get to everything, as the hotel is so centrally located. The hotel is nice and the rooms are reasonably sized (big for NY).
